Court is held the third Thursday of each month at 5:00pm at the Spanish Fort United Methodist Church. US 31 runs through the Southern part of Spanish Fort and in the West meets US 90 and US 98. SR 225 rolls along the Eastern border of the city.
About the area
The presence of Spanish troops defending the City of Mobile who were engaged against British troops attempting to recapture Mobile at the beginning of the 1780's gave rise to the city's name. Historic Blakeley State Park encompasses 5 1/2 miles of original Civil War fortifications, a waterfront boardwalk with two observation decks providing marvelous views of the Tensaw River, major family picnic areas, including a large octagonal pavillion and two ponds.
Judges
The Honorable James V. Roberts
