Located in a beautiful close to 400 acre park is a wonderful fishing spot covering about 90 acres called Ed Lisenby Lake. If you are over 12 be sure to get your fishing permit for some enjoyable afternoons. There is a 3 mile walking trail at Ed Lisenby Lake. 1/3 of the trail is primitive, while the remaining 2/3 are paved. Your leashed pets are welcome here. Sam Dale Park which is located in the lake complex, has a pavilion, picnic areas, and a memorial to pioneer Sam Dale. Blackwell field, located at the Southeast corner of Ozark, is an airport owned by the city of Ozark. Its runway is over 5,000 feet in lenght. |
