About the area |
The town of Napier Field lies literally in the shadow of Dothan Regional airport. There are under 400 people living here but they sure have great air service available to them. Dothan Regional Airport which is owned and operated by the Dothan-Houston County Airport Authority is served by Atlantic Southeast Airlines. The airport is also used by aircraft from Ft. Rucker, which use the airport for training purposes, as well as by general aviation aircraft. It has an all weather runway approximately 8500 feet in lenght and a secondary runway of about 5500 feet. |
