About the area
The annual July 4th Celebration is held in downtown Homewood with rides, inflatables and an interactive Disc Jockey. We Love Homewood Day held at the beginning of May in Homewood Central Park besides having rides, games, Arts and Crafts and businesses and civic groups displaying and selling wares; has entertainment throughout the day on the Main Stage. The city welcomes all residents and visitors as well to bring their lawn chairs and picnic baskets out to Homeward park and enjoy the free summer movie series on Friday nights from the beginning of June to the beginning of August. There's also shaved ice and pizza to enjoy.
