Upper Bear Creek Reservoir, located in Bear Creek, is where fishermen can find large black and spotted bass. The Twin Forks Recreation area which has baseball fields, a sand volleyball court, an outdoor basketball court, a playground, outdoor covered stage with electricity, and picnic areas; is located near the Twin Forks campground providing over 70 campsites equipped with water and electricity, bathhouses and a dump station. Bear Creek has a new place for its citizens to meet and enjoy; the Bobby Bishop Community Center.
