Civitan Park is a must visit site. This private lakeside park has a 900 seat amphitheater with lighted stage and a 400 seat pavilion, horseshoe pits, volleyball courts and a playground. Enjoy an outdoor concert here. The Whole Backstage Theatre for over three decades has provided entertainment for the community. It has recently completed renovation of its new home in a nationally-registered historic building with the installation of a state-of-the-art theater facility. Productions such as the Sound of Music are regularly presented here and there is a children's theatre program offered. |
