Addison lies right at the edge of William B. Bankhead National Forest. a wonderful place to enjoy white water rafting and the hiking trails available in this park. This park occupies over 180,000 acres where visitors can enjoy majestic trees and abundant wildlife and the many recreation opportunities. Within the park is a body of water nearly 21,000 acres in size; Lewis Smith Lake bordered by high rock bluffs, outcroppings and an amazing over 500 miles of shoreline. |
