Cave springs lies next to the Northwest Arkansas Regional airport, but remains a peaceful place to live
with its hometown atmosphere. The Ozark Corn Maze on South Main street is a cornfield labyrinth close to six acres in size with two mazes, one of which is a haunted maze just right for Halloween fun. There is also a petting zoo, pumpkin patch, corn cannons and a cow train ride. The town celebrates the entry into Fall with its Cave Springs Days festival in September. The celebration includes Barbecue dinners, a Pancake breakfast, Little Mr. & Miss Cave Springs contest, the annual car show, Parade, Dog show, Bingo, food vendors and live music.
