Walnut Ridge Circuit Court

Formally known as the Lawrence County Circuit Court, this court is the Third Judicial Circuit court of Lawrence County in the Arkansas Circuit court system. It is located in the same building as the Walnut Ridge county court.

There are approximately 5,000 residents in Walnut Ridge and they share their space with the two major railroads which run through the city. The Union Pacific runs North and South and Burlington Northern runs East and West. They are also fortunate to have a major airport, Walnut Ridge Regional Airport, which can accommodate large aircraft. The airport has one runway approximately 6,000 feet in length and two others about 5,000 feet long. There are no landing fees at this airport. The Wings of Honor museum is located here and its exhibits are dedicated to the Walnut Ridge Army Flying School, the Marine Corps Air Facility at Walnut Ridge, the War Assets Administration’s Warbird Storage, Sales and Scrapping Facility, and the USAF 725th Radar Squadron.
