Dardanelle Circuit Court is the Northern district branch of the the Fifteenth Circuit Court of Yell county in the Arkansas Judicial Circuit court system. Danville County court, which is the Southern district branch of the county court of Scott county, has the same clerk, mailing address, phone number and fax number as this court. The Northern district of Yell county generally refers to the area of the county to the East of a Northeast-Southwest line through Danville.

The annual Jazz festival takes place in April on Front street in Dardanelle and celebrates Jazz History month and is sponsored by Arkansas Jazz educators. Jazz band students from Dardanelle schools and around the state as well as several college bands take part in this festival. Different festival related items and art will be available for purchase and Tyson chicken dinners will be available.
