May 17 2011 23:34:41: I am wondering just what level of evidence is required to have the court issue an order of protection against someone...obviously it requires no evidence whatsoever because my girlfriend was served with an order a few days ago and there is nothing on that paperwork that is true...She NEVER did what they are claiming, and I know because She was at home with me the entire day and evening that they CLAIMED that She was Harrassing them...furthermore, there are so many errors on the paperwork that it's actually quite comical...the description of Her is not anywhere near being accurate,,not even the address is correct...I've come to expect mediocrity from our sherriff's department but this is just rediculous...If you would have checked ANYTHING that they were claiming out , then we could have avoided this whole mess and the right party would be behind bars right now for lying to the courts (that is a crime isn't it?) You people really need to do a better job...quit turning innocent people into criminals and start going after the REAL ones.
