Mammoth found its settlement mainly because of the San Manuel Mine. Even thought it started out to be a mine town it ended as a Ghost town. One of the closest and the most popular ghost town of the city is copper creek. It is also the most popular local attraction. There are several other ghost towns in the round about. However if spookiness does not attract you then you should head out for some adventure in the desert. |
