About the area |
Hayward is a nice and affordable place to live in California, at least compared to Menlo Park and San Francisco. Being a school district but not a business district has helped the residents to a great extent. Otherwise California only sold dream homes if not for this city, that is people only could dream of them and not own them. Every single place in the state is tourism center or a business district which sent the real estate prices soaring through the roof. The city is also home to some popular FMCG (no, we don't know what that stands for) companies like Hayward which made ketchups and other products made of fruits. Fruits are still grown in plenty everywhere in the state. Nice views of the bay from this area, and of course there's a long ride across the San Mateo Bridge if you want to go where things are really happening. |
