About the area |
Once in Van Nuys the first place to visit should be the Japanese Garden. This could be a one day outing and is really a treat for visitors. You find the most exotic of plants and flowers, displays of Ikebana, and Bonsai plants. Beautifully landscaped garden it is and an ideal haven for a picnic with family or friends. The Sepulveda Dam is also an interesting place to visit and it is also easy to get there. The Busch gardens theme park is a good place for kids and also adult fun. Van Nuys Boulevard has a lot of shopping and dining places that one might love to experience. |
