How can you not indulge in Wine and cheese after being so close to the wine country. The wine country’s head quarters may be Napa and Sonoma but it has its flavors and tentacles spread in the rest of California. The difference is you can visit some of the exquisite wine tasting specialty restaurants where experts will guide you on the art of wine tasting! And you don’t get arrested for drinking wine and driving!
Hakone Gardens and the Chinese gardens have plenty of visitors and keep them occupied through out the day. The landscaping is out of the world and the trees and plants that are used for the landscape are rare and exotic. It is amazing how these delicate trees and plants survive in a new city. A wonderful depiction of Mother Nature indeed it is. The Circle of Palms in the Silicon Valley was one of the first business districts in the city. It is an interesting visiting point because the buildings here look so small before the giants of the IT hub. This is a prime depiction of fast we humans get ahead with the use of technology. San Jose is a very big city in fact the third largest in California an also heavily populated. The demographics of the city can be quite confusing and missing one exit or a turn may mean that you can get lost. Better have your GPS ready in this maze. There is a popular joke that wherever the Mexican’s live it will be heavily populated because if it is not their own families then it will be their relatives visiting from Mexico!(On a lighter note) But this is not true because most of the population in San Jose is of Americans.
