A retired Sutter judge got popped for his second DUI in 2008, and got a taste of his own medicine. 12 days in jail. Maybe this will make the other judges a little more understanding?

About the area

Spend your evenings by strolling the Plumas Street which is located right in the heart of downtown. It has some 100 odd specialty stores and whether you want to shop or just do window shopping or just look at, is all up to you. But each shop has its own unique exhibits which can keep you drifted for hours. Downtown has more interesting locations like this at second street and also a historic amphitheater.
