About the area

The Campground located in the Yampa River Valley is the best attraction of Craig. You can see huge elks roaming in the meadows and among the pine forests. They are pretty harmless unless you venture too close to them. Your pets are also allowed here and kids have great fun in a playground built especially for them. The park is quite modern with wifi connection and all. There are some cabins if you would like to stay here.
