I-84 passes through Waterbury, and CT Route 8 intersects I 84, so Waterbury Traffic Court gets plenty of speedy drivers.
The court building itself is very close to Waterbury Station on an MTA line. I-84 is also quite close, and you can probably get to Court easiest by getting off at Meadow Street.
