About the area |
Kent County is centered on Dover and that's pretty much all you can say. We don't quite understand why, but the governing body of the county calls itself "Levy Court". Must be some history thing. Sounds like a Jewish name, but maybe it's more of a tax levy kind of thing. Probably not the kind of levee the Dutch use to keep out rising waters. |
