About the area

The city of Milton is located on the Blackwater river. To the east of the city is a small public airport, Peter Prince airport, suitable only for small private aircraft. Whiting Field, to the North of the city, is the busiest Naval air station in the U.S. providing essential flight training to 1200 naval aviators each year.
