Dec 02 2010 22:50:56: i RECENTLY WENT FOR A COURT APPPEARANCE IN DECATUR MAGISTRATE COURT AND WAS NOT ALLOWED TO EVEN SPEAK AT ALL ABOUT MY CASE. tHE JUDGE REPEATEDLY INTERRUPTED ME AND ACCUSED ME OF SPEAKING OVER HIM. I WAS NOT THE ONLY PERSON HE WAS RUDE TO. sEVERAL PEOPLE WERE TREATED DISRESPECTFULLY. THIS WAS NOT A CRIMINAL COURT AND HIS BEHAVIOR WAS DESPICABLE. HE ACTED LIKE ALL HE WANTED TO DO WAS GET DONE WITH NO CONCERN WITH JUSTICE OR PEOPLES DEFENSE. TYPICAL OF I AM IN THE POCKET OF THE ATTORNEYS ATTITUDE.I DO NOT THINK HE LIKES HIS JOB AND SHOULD BE REPLACED. I REQUESTED THIS HEARING AND DROVE 75 MILES TO STATE MY CASE. I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO SUBMIT MY POLICE REPORTS OR ANY PAPERWORK I HAD. THE JUDGES NAME WAS STEPHENS. SOMEONE SHOULD INVESTIGATE HIS ASSIGNMENT.
