About the area |
Hartwell can be quite humid sometimes as it is located on the top of the Piedmont Plateau. It is also on the eastern side of the Appalachian Mountains. Lake Hartwell and the Hartwell Dam are some nice places to visit. The Cherokee Indian Center of the world has a nice museum with several Indian Artefacts and may be a point of interest. |
