Boise District Court

Boise District Court, formally known as the district court of Ada county, is in the Fourth judicial district of Idaho. It is in the same building as the Ada county magistrate court. IS 84, US 20, US 26 and SR 21 run through Ada county.

Boise is known for having artwork spread throughout the city. In the downtown area and city hall area alone there are over 40 pieces of art. The Boise WaterShed Environmental Education center, police and fire department headquarters and the airport have on display more artworks. Even the downtown traffic boxes have been designed into pieces of art. The Boise Art museum has on display in its permanent exhibit, 20th century American art focusing on artists of the Northwest, American Realism and ceramics. The collection also includes European and Asian artwork. The Boise Depot is a Spanish-style structure built in the 1920's and now operated as a public meeting place and historic site. On the building grounds you can find the Platt Gardens characterized by its winding walk, benches, ponds, a monument of volcanic rock and a display of greenery. One of the features at Zoo Boise is the encounters with various animals. You and the kids can get up close to and feed the giraffes, a sloth bear and the animals in the zoo farm.
