St. Anthony Magistrate Court is the magistrate court of Fremont county. The district court court of Fremont county meets in the same building the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month. the courts are in the seventh judicial district of Idaho. The major roads in Freemont county, US 20, SR 32, SR 47 and SR 87, run across wide expanses. SR 33 runs along the border with Madison county.

St. Anthony's large number of parks cater to residents who picnic, play ball, skate, fish and swim. An amazing site are the St. Anthony Sand dunes consisting of over 11,000 acres of clear, shifting, white quartz sand dunes. Some of the dunes rise to a height of 400 feet and move about eight feet each year. It's not unusual to see a lot of off-road vehicle riders taking advantage of the wide open expanses here. The Pioneer Days celebration in St. Anthony's in July is chock full of activities. There is a parade with plenty of amazing floats, rodeo, car show, cooked food sale, softball tournament and pioneer art show.
