This city which once saw the passing of steamboats on Lake Coeur dâAlene delivering ore, wood and soldiers is now the port for replicas of these; carrying people on dinner and sightseeing cruises. This city is now a lakeside playground for visitors where once silver and gold mining and logging were significant contributors to the economy along with resulting wealth and prosperity.
