Weiser District Court is the district court of Washington county in the Third judicial district of Idaho.

About the area

The county was formed in the Winter of 1879 and named for you know who, the father of our country. Settlers had been coming here in the 1850' after the discovery of gold in the county. The Washington County fair and rodeo is held at the end of July in Cambridge. This is the time for breeders to show their beef, swine, sheep, horses, llama, alpaca, dairy animal and dogs. An interesting spectacle is the dog handlers putting their animals through their paces. In addition $hers get to show their home economics and other projects. There are displays of art work, crafts and hobbies, flowers, foods, food preservation, horticulture and crops, photography and sewing and needlework. Of course there's the rodeo for excitement and thrills.
