About the area |
Attica dates back to 1825 and it flourished with the arrival of the Wabash and Erie Canals. The Hotel Attica, built in 1853 survived tornado and fire, but has been in good shape for more than 100 years. The Orphan Train brought children here from the East from 1854-1929. If you are here in September, don't miss the Potawatomi Festival held at Ouibache Park, a celebration of the Native Americans. |
