The Prairie Village Jazz Festival is held each September in Harmon park. This event features from throughoiut the jazz world and even invites local high school jazz ensembles to perform. The Prairie Village Municipal Offices house the R.G. Endres Gallery where each month a different artist is featured. On the second Friday of each month an art reception is held. The city's pool complex has several different activity areas. There are water slides, a Plunge pool, Leisure and Wading pools, a large pool deck area, a lap pool and a therapeutic whirlpool. This complex is also the facilyt where the city sponsored swim, dive and synchronized swim teams practice.
