About the area |
The Lane County Historical museum is an interesting place to spend an afternoon. the early Lane county photos and historic sod house present a picture of life was like for the early settlers to the area. Stick around in October for the annual Oktoberfest for some rousing music and lots of good food and beer. Two enjoyable events held at the fairgrounds here annually are the Bluegrass Festival in June and the Lane County carnival and fair in July.
