About the area |
This city is unusual in offering free home sites in a completely new subdivision the lots are ready for construction to grow the city. Historical artifacts from the pharmaceutical field are preserved in Crispin's Drug Store Museum. in particular the 1880-1920 period in central United States is emphasized. Another nice museum to visit Post Rock Scout Museum owned by another member of the Crispin family. In this museum there are historical exhibits featuring Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Pioneer Girls, Campfire Girls and other youth organizations. The city has its own municipal airport which has two runways approximately 2700 feet in length.
