This city has provided plenty of parks and fields for its residents to enjoy the outdoors. Augmon Park with its cnic shelter and tables, benches, playground equipment, lighted tennis courts and skate park. Workman Park has shelters, tables and benches, a number of climbers, riders and other playground equipment, a fountain and pond and is beautifully landscaped. Tobias Park in addition to its other features has the new Lyons Municipal Swimming Pool. Frisbee Park is the newest park in the city's park system and is equipped with a basketball court, baseball and softball area, play structures, as well as tables and benches. Battershell Field's lighted and well manicured diamond is the home field for Lyons High School’s Baseball squad and is equipped with fan seating. Little League Complex at the Little League Fields is equipped with lights, bleachers, restroom and concession facilities.
