The city annually holds a Fall festival. After the parade the usual festivities get underway. At times the Fort Riley soldiers participate in the fair marching in the parade and demonstrating their equiupment. Fort Riley, the home of the U.S. Army's 1st Infantry Division, the "Big Red One" which is the oldest continuously serving division in the U.S. Army, is just to thee North of Ogden.
