Stockton District Court is the Twenty-Third District Court of Rooks County in the judicial district court system of Kansas.

About the area

A limestone statue of a draft horse from the Woodston Big Barn greets visitors at the front of the Frank Walker Museum museum where you will find exhibits representing the history of Rooks county. The statue is the work of an artist from Hays, Kansas. The museum features one of the largerdisplays of dolls in the area, musical instruments used by a resident of the county whoi went on to Broadway and television, a collection of memorabilia from the office of two of the early doctors in the county and a display of farm tools, clothing and machinery. There are also items from a one room schoolhouse and numerous pictures from each of the counties towns in this museum.
