Russell District Court is the Twentieth District Court of Russell County in the judicial district court system of Kansas.

About the area

Much of the cultural life of Russell is centered around the Deines Cultural Center. The art exhibits at the center feature a variety of changing pieces of groups of art in addition to the wood engravings done by E. Hubert Deines and various works he collected and three Birger Sandzén paintings. The musical events and concerts presented at the center include jam sessions, recitals and instrumental demonstrations. There are also art workshops and historic programs avaiable fto the public.
