The city of Owenton still is the same old town that it was in the early 19th century. Modernism has not much meaning here. You will not find as many cars, and will see more people waving their hats at you from the pavement. This is a town where people know each other and have no business hiding inside a car or their homes. The streets are always lit with smiles. |
