The John B. Stephenson memorial Forest preserve is one of the best parks one could visit in Mount Vernon. The best time is in spring when the flowers are in full bloom. The Anglin Falls is a 75 feet waterfall, and is rich with wildflowers. It is one of the beautiful forest gorges one could see. However be careful while trekking because of the hazards and slippery rocks. Hiking activities and bicycling are more preferred here. |
