About the area

Nice spot well south of DC. Its peninsula reaches out a bit into the Bay, and appears to be full of small creeks. Cool places in the vicinity include Tintop Hill, Three Notch Park, and of course, Breton Bay and Breton Beach. There's a St. Mary's River somewhere in there too.
