About the area |
The residents city of Auburn are fortunate in that they have waterways within city limits, Androscoggin river and its tributary the Little Androscoggin river; and festivals held throughout the year. With being the longest of the three seasons in Maine itâs only natural that Auburn hold a Winter festival which is held at several sites in the area. One of these is the Lost Valley Ski area. Other festivals are the Parade of Lights, which is held in conjunction with the city of Lewiston, and the Spring Celebration. |
