About the area |
Every year the city hosts the Memorial Day parade. It is held in front of the 9 mile tower on the shore line and also the tallest building of the city. The entire downtown has the lake on the other side and as you walk across you can see hundreds of boats parked. A typical marinerâs city that it is you can have a lot of maritime fun. Music is also celebrated as much as the Memorial Day here at the shore line. |
