The Gillette Sand Dune Park is ideal or weekend camping, fishing and trekking. The trekking can be a lot of fun during fall when you are less likely to get tired or exhausted. The Visitors center explains the sand and dune story and how it came into existence. There Cruise Lines that take you on a day trip to nearby islands also.
