You might also refer to this court by its official name the Anoka County District Court. If you riding on IS Hway 10 you will pass through the northern part of Anoka. County Road 79 which runs North-South through the center of town provides access to IS 10. Us Hway 169 which comes up from Hennepin county also meets with IS 10 in the WEstern part of town. |

About the area |
Anoka is a scary place to be around Halloween. They do the holiday up in a big way. About a week before Halloween there's a Light Up the Night parade followed by the Anoka Halloween Bonfire at the Anoka County Fair Grounds. On the 31st of October there's live music, a Grand Day parade and a Halloween costume contest. Lest you think they are all about fun here they have an annual Spring Recycling Drop off Day and a yearly vaccination clinic for pets sponsored by the Anoka Police Department. |
