Officially this court is known as the Fillmore County District Court. The major highways in this county, which are well patrolled, are US Hways 52 and 63 and SR’s 16, 30, 43, 80 and 250.

The bike lovers in Preston have plenty of places to ride with over 50 miles of paved bike trails in and around the community. Of course visitors are also welcome to ride the trails and many do visit with that in mind. This is a small town of under 1500 people but certainly offers a peaceful, small town atmosphere and has access to many recreational activities in the surrounding areas. Visitors to the city don’t come for what’s in the city but rather to take part in fishing, snowmobiling, canoeing, tubing, tennis, bowling, hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, horseback riding and golfing in the surrounding areas. |
