The Hennepin County Court is Division I of the Hennepin County District Court. The Hennepin County Court has jurisdiction over all misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor criminal and traffic charges issued in the City of Minneapolis, City of St. Anthony, and Hennepin County Parks.
