Kandiyohi County Court is a district court in the Eight judicial district of Minnesota. There are several major roads in Kandiyohi county. They are US Hways 12 and 71 and SR’s 7, 9, 23, 40 and 104.

About the area

Three large lakes lie to the North of the city of Willmar. Foot lake, Willmar lake and Skaatas lake provide ample opportunity for boaters and fishermen. Further North you will find West Solomon lake, Long lake and Eagle like. If you don’t own one; you can rent a fishing boat at any of the lakes. Over fifteen miles of scenic trails are available for hikers or bikers. Winter is the time for Snowmobile races on the lakes. There is a sprawling sports complex on the west side of Willmar. Swanson Field has 3 softball fields, 2 baseball fields, a soccer practice field, a BMX bike course, 2 tennis courts and a walking trail. Recently the main baseball field, Bill Taunton Stadium at Baker Field, was renovated with the addition of spectator seating, a concession stand, restroom facilities, and dugouts.
