Carrollton Circuit Court is the circuit court of Carroll County in the Eighth Judicial Circuit of the Missouri Circuit court system. City Ordinance and traffic violations for the cities of Bogard (Box17), Bosworth (Box305), Dewitt, Hale, Norborne (109 E. 2nd St.) and Tina are heard in this court.

About the area

The exhibits in the Carroll County Historical Society museum have been painstakingly prepared and constructed to truly represent the history of Carroll county. There are over 40 period rooms from Carroll county homes each with the right furnishings, the right floor coverings down to the right wallpaper to represent that period. There are two additional buildings to this museum; one of which is a replica of one of the oldest log cabins in the county. The other holds exhibits representative of the early government, schools, church and business life of the community.
