Bethany Circuit Court is the circuit court of Harrison county in the Third Judicial Circuit of the Missouri Circuit court system. Hearings for DUI and DWI cases from throughout the county are heard in the Associate division of this court. Hearings for city ordinance violations and traffic violations from Gilman City and Ridgeway are also heard in the Associate division of this court. |

About the area |
Among the older homes which have been refinished to reflect the city's history the Edna Cuddy Memorial House and Gardens circa 1882 stands out as one of the oldest. It is furnished with period furniture of the late 1800's to give visitors a look back at what life was like in Bethany. The home is open during the months of June and July on Sunday's between 1:00 and 3:00 PM. It can be visited by appointment also. |
