Clinton Circuit Court is the circuit court of Henry County in the Twenty-Seventh Judicial Circuit of the Missouri Circuit court system. Hearings for city ordinance and traffic violations in the cities of Calhoun, Deepwater, Montrose, Urich and Windsor are held in this court.

Clinton sits right at the edge of Truman lake with its close to 56,000 acres and nearby public use areas and facilities such as a boat launch, campground, beach, dock, playground and marina. Because of its location, Clinton has played host to the Bass Pro Shops Crappie Masters National championship as well as many fishing tournaments at Bucksaw marina.
