West Plains Circuit Court

West Plains Circuit Court is the circuit court of Howell County in the Thirty-Seventh Judicial Circuit of the Missouri Circuit court system.

The facility can also accommodate conferences and conventions and has More than 30,000 square feet of exhibit space and over 18,000 feet of meeting rooms. This building also houses an indoor track, indoor collegiate-size pool, whirlpool, sauna and fitness room. Just a few miles South of West Plains you can find the West Plains Motor speedway where races on the red clay oval track feature Youth Hobby, Hobby Stock, Reliable Chevrolet B-Mods., Super Stock, Crate Late Models and USRA A-Mods and run from March through October.
