US 60 Bypass, SR K, SR 39, SR 265 are the major roads in Aurora and US 60 comes through a little Southern tip of the town.

About the area

The annual Light the Night celebration is held in June at Baldwin park. It's a community picnic with crafts, games, rides and other fun punctuated by the closing fireworks. This event also has a mustang car show in Oak Park as well as a 5k and 10k run. Summerbration is also held at this park in June and features a carnival, tractor pull contest, entertainment, games and a draft horse pull contest. Each year the American Rodeo Cowboys association and International Professional Rodeo association sanctioned Rockin' A Saddle Club Rodeo is held in July at the Rodeo Grounds on US 60 Bypass.
