Palmyra Circuit Court is the District 1 circuit court of Marion County in the Tenth Judicial Circuit of the Missouri Circuit court system.

About the area

Palmyra has several parks, a community pool and community center to cater to the recreational needs of its citizens. The largest of these Flower City Park, has a bunch of facilities. Included in these are five large and two smaller shelters with picnic tables; an over 5,500 square foot Sesquicentennial Building, the community pool, a Disc golf course, ball fields, tennis courts and a number of walking trails. A nature trail is located in Well Park as well as Well Lake, a large shelter house and a 4-H shooting range. If you visit this park you might chance on water birds, deer or turkeys. There is also a small historic park with a log cabin, Big Spring Park, which is located downtown.
